Senior Civil Engineer & Registered Property Valuer
Ciro Lombardi is a Senior Civil Engineer with more than 30 years of professional experience in construction, real estate and property investment.
He holds an MSc in European Construction from the University of Porto (FEUP), a Postgraduate qualification in Finance and Real Estate Investments from ISCTE Business School, and completed the PDE Executive Programme at IESE Business School.
As a member of the Portuguese Order of Engineers (Ordem dos Engenheiros) and a Real Estate Appraiser registered with the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM), Ciro provides independent technical advice to property buyers, owners and investors in Portugal.
His work in the Algarve focuses on pre-purchase building surveys, technical building inspections, property valuations and technical support for renovation and refurbishment projects.
With extensive experience in both construction and real estate, his approach combines engineering expertise, property analysis and practical knowledge of buildings to provide clients with clear, independent and objective advice.
